Summary of Profile
An alumnus of the Ogun State Polytechnic (now MAPOLY), Abeokuta, Mustapha Maliki, after graduating in 1992, started his carrier with a stint in journalism at some Nigerian publications. It was at a time when the Nigeria maximum ruler, General Sanni Abacha, not only had the entire country on his claws but fiendishly attempted to stifle the press and dispatch it to oblivion .Mustapha, married with children, is currently in the academia at the mass communication department of the federal polytechnic, Ilaro, where he still exhibits his fervency for journalism choosing multimedia technology and patterns of media historical trends as his area of specialization. He passionately pursues the study of the changing in the phases of the technology that now drives news gathering and dissemination; trailing and chronicling an epic impact of ICTs on the print media, especially the newspaper globally
